We are no longer in need of this service. How do I close my account and end charges?

Hello guidedogsqld,
Upon checking your account, I found that you have already cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until May 20, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
You have also deleted the forms from your account successfully. Do you want us to delete your account as well?
Do get back to us and we will do the needful.
