    Form is declining credit cards for multiple users

    Hi,

     

    I have multiple users attempting to make payment on one of our forms and it is saying "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

     

    One of the users has attempted twice and has been charged a $1.00 fee each time through PayPal.

    Hello TheRecClub,

    I did check your form's submission list, I found that you have 8 "Incomplete Payments". That means the user did not complete the transaction once redirected to the PayPal page. 

    Can you please check your PayPal account and see if any transaction went through / you received payment for those transactions. It is unlikely that users will be charged $1 fees. I am not sure but there could be some charge for foreign currency. Can you ask your user on which currency they maintain the PayPal balance?

    Do check your PayPal account and get back to us if you have received any payments.
