How can I notify a user that the meeting is created and send thmen the url for the meeting?

The zoom integration can only be used to Create and schedule meetings and Register participants for meetings and webinars.
Unfortunately, there is no option to add the Invitation Link of the said meeting into the Autoresponder. As you know, invitation links are created as soon as the form is submitted. This happens on your Zoom account as the integration only triggers Zoom to create it. The link is not routed back to Jotform.
