[Multiple Upload Field] Upload failed?

This is our form:

When various people are testing it, it says that that the upload option at the bottom says "failed". They are using the correct size and format. What is the issue?

I was able to attach a 160MB file to the Multiple Upload field on your form.

Is this issue related to some specific file size, browser or anything else? Any additional information would be appreciated.

Thanks for the response. Can you try a large JPEG file?

Hi Jeanna,

I was also able to test upload a 117MB JPEG file.
