My e-mail on my profile is firstname.lastname@example.org,wich was set up since I opened the account, but someone else is getting some submission once in while. Could please help to fix that. I did it once but still is happening.

Please review this guide: Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications. You should be able to see the form recipient settings, change or remove additional email address from the settings.
