    I have cloned your form and have added a hyperlink value to text on your form. It appears to work properly:

    Example Form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41188457743968?

    Please provide the link and the text you want to make a hyperlink so that we may be able to test it out. You can also clone my form for testing if needed.

    Thank you.

    I've been using the text <CLICK HERE> hyperlinked to the following URL:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/41183163332143?parentName[first]={parentName:first}&parentName[last]={parentName:last}&homeAddress[addr_line1]={homeAddress:addr_line1}&homeAddress[addr_line2]={homeAddress:addr_line2}&homeAddress[city]={homeAddress:city}&homeAddress[state]={homeAddress:state}&homeAddress[postal]={homeAddress:state}&homeAddress[country]={homeAddress:country}&contactPhone141={contactPhone141}&contactPhone[full]={contactPhone}&parentEmail={parentEmail}&homeChurch={homeChurch}&emergencyContact[first]={emergencyContact:first}&emergencyContact[last]={emergencyContact:last}&emergencyContact143={emergencyContact143}&emergencyContact26={emergencyContact26}&alternatePickup[first]={alternatePickup:first}&alternatePickup[last]={alternatePickup:last}&alternatePickup144={alternatePickup144}&alternatePickup31={alternatePickup31}&additionalInformation={additionalInformation}

    Everytime I set it up, leave the thank you page, & then come back to the page, the "<CLICK HERE>" is gone.

    Hmmmmm - interesting.  I just tried it again without the "<" and ">" symbols around the words & it worked.  Okay.  I'll assume that for some reason those symbols can't be used as part of hyperlinked text.  Thanks.

    You are correct, those symbols are used for html tags, so they are reserved solely for rendering the code. Anything inside those tags will not be displayed, instead the browser will try to interpret it as html code.

    Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
