Google Sheet integration is disabled

Hi I just got an email form you to say my google shee integration has been diabled. Can you tell me what the issue is and why it is disabled? And more importantly can I fix it or do I have to make a new integration? This is a major source of data for us and it feeds other sheets so I urgently need to know what is going on.

The form was Sport results. This is the emails I got:

I have checked your Sport Results form and it seems the Google Sheet is integrated in your form.

May we know if you have recently edited your Google Sheets columns ?

If the data is not pushing to Google Sheets, you may need to re-integrate your form.

Note that all your previous data will still be forwarded to your sheet when re-integrated.
