How to assign the Approval to the person who submit the form

Can this process be used with external customers? Like a customer submit a request for price and we provide price and customer approves?

Yes, you can assign the step to the person who submitted the form.

In the Approval flow, set the Signer Email Address to the Email Address field where the customer is supposed to enter their email address.
