I uploaded a form to my site today and tested. Both the email responder and the notification worked fine. Then I replaced the small jotform logo at the top of the table on the email response and notification with my logo, and now the email alerts are not working. Are those little photos the problem?

The images are not the problem, it appears your form lost the Email Settings upon saving the changes you have made. In regards to the lost settings, it appears your email alert now has the proper configuration. We have informed the Dev Team about this matter, and they are working to solve it. Just make sure to go to your Email Alerts Settings and verify that the Email Alerts are properly configured in the case you save additional changes to your form.
Nevertheless, please make sure to check your SPAM folder in case any email alerts have been forwarded there. Also we do suggest to whitelist our domains used to send out our email alerts:

May I ask if you're still not receiving the notification emails as expected?
