The bottom of my form is getting cut off!

The bottom of my form where the submit button is located is not appearing on my form. I checked in safari and chrome and the issue is happening in both.

Please help!

Upon checking I found that your form is perfectly ok. I have checked it in Opera, Firefox, Chrome and found that submit button is showing everywhere.

You can clear the browser cookies and cache to see the whole form altogather.
