Is there a way to make an employee time card template that writes to google spread sheets that sepperates employees by name and doesn't just list them in a line according by when submission is sent?

Hi,
Sorry but that's not possible with Google Spreadsheet integration. Google spreadsheet only dump the data into a single sheet and not by creating a separate spreadsheet per submission. I'm sorry, but I find no easy way to achieve want you want.
How about a separate PDF file? PDF is generated per submission. You can integrate your form to Google Drive so it creates a submissions PDF file per submission. http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive
Or you might want to consider using Google Contacts http://apps.jotform.com/app/google_contacts. This sends the submissions data into google contacts.
