File Uploads

Program applicants have to upload transcripts to their form.  I read that the maximum size is 1GB, yet people are calling saying they are over the size limit.  I practiced and was cut off at 500KB.  What's up??

Jotform's maximum file upload limit is 1GB, but you must also set your file upload field to allow 1GB file size. It's on the maximum file size property when you click the file upload field in the form builder.

Guide:

Enter 1048576 (1048576KB is equal to 1GB) on the box below.
