It doesn't look like your email address is on our bounce lists. I've also checked your email notification settings and it's configured correctly. Have you checked your Spam/Junk folders? If the emails are not in your Spam/Junk folder, you might wanna whitelist JotForm's IP addresses and Domains.

Hello BryanPaulo and thank you for your help! After posting this I continued to try to solve the problem. I finally stumbled accross the "check bounce list" option in my account settings. I discovered I was indeed on the list somehow and successfully removed myself. So that would be why I'm not showing up now when you check. Thank you for your help, again I appreciate the response a lot!
How do you get on this list in the first place? And how am I to discover I'm on this without finding out the hard way like I did by missing important emails?

Your email address will be included on our bounce list if your email server rejects JotForm's IP addresses and Domains. To prevent this from happening, you may contact your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses and Domains.
