    Hi sesit,

Yes, with JotForm you can collect payments on a periodic basis. This is ideal for subscriptions wherein you need to charge a fixed membership rate on a regular basis (monthly, yearly, etc) just like how JotForm would charge premium and professional plan users.

When setting up integration in your form's Payment Tool Wizard, just select the option below:

Then, setup a product or products representing the membership plan you're selling.

You can even set up a trial period if you offer one in your product. You can also set a different first payment.

We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!

I have a question on this.   We are using the recurbiling but the form doesnt have a spot for the company name.  So we get the following when a form is filled out.  The completed jot form that we force them to fill out and the subscription is added to under the card holders information.  When we go back to find the compnay in it doesnt exist unless we manually add it after we match the form and the payment.  Problem is that sometime the person filling out the form uses a card from a differenent person IE husband ect.  So sometimes finding them is impossible.  Is there a way to require say phone number and company name in the paymnet field that gets loaded into account?

You can match the customer's billing information with the actual submission details if you look it up under your form's submissions page.

The information are clearly indicated as Payer Info and Address.

To go to your submissions page:

    1.  Go to My Forms page,
    2.  Click the particular fpr, under your forms list
    3.  Click the Submissions button in the toolbar
