my credit card was recently charged for a JotForm service that we no longer use.

    Sorry about that - lets see if we can resolve this quickly.

    I checked our records - the only transcation I found was on this invoice: https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/show_invoice.jsp?ref=9F9D9EA3BAAAC4D2

    The link shows invoice #79422818 which paid for this period's subscription for Jotform account mward .

    Is this the one?

    If it is, we can quicky refund it upon confirmation

    If it is not - kindly provide any information about the charge - any reference numbers - reciept numbers-  email address where you recieved the billing notification on.
