I had build a form earlier last month and that's the only one I now see on my account. the only thing I can think of is that the new form was built in French, but I don't see what that would matter. I was able to save the code to embed in my page but that's all. I don't see it in my account under forms. Can you please help. This is a big issue for me as I need to go live with this asap. Thank you
and my account is chezmili. I created this new form today August 3, 2011

I was able to see your form in your account. You might have thought its missing because it doesn't have a title, so it will be a good idea to give your form a title.
