Formularios iphone -- mobile responsive form

    Bunos días

     

    Tengo termimado mi formulario pero requiero que las medidas de visualización se adapten a la pantalla de un iphone 5

     

    Que me recomiendan realizar?

    Is this the one http://www.jotformz.com/form/33237675823662 ?

    To make the form mobile responsive when used on phone browsers, you will need to inject CSS codes to do ti.
