All the features of paid version area available on free version. What browser do you use and its version? To help you better with this problem, kindly tell us the error you are getting and, if possible, screenshot of the problem.

Thanks for your quick reply! I'm using W7 and IE8. While waiting for your response, I tried opening the file on a MAC and it worked perfectly. Thanks so much!

Have you tried Clearing your Browser Cache. Did it work before? If clearing your browser cache didn't work, you may also try other browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox).
