Can I set up multiple conditions based on answers selected for emails to be sent to certain people?Asked by Brittany on May 05, 2014 at 09:46 AM
If option A and/or B are selected, send an email to person 1. If option C is selected, send an email to person 2. Is this possible through JotForm?
You can achieve you requirement by using our Conditions and Email Alerts features. For sending submissions to different people first you need to add email notifications to your form. Then you can set your email rules based on selection from Condition Wizard.

I’ve tried to do this, but once I make one condition for one condition, I can’t add another. For instance, I can say if question 1 option A is selected, then send an email to person 1, but I can’t set another condition where if question 2 option B is selected send an email to person 2.
To achieve your requirement, you will have to add two different condition to send submission emails after form is submitted. You need to follow exactly the same process which you followed to create condition for question 1. Please check the screenshot below on the process to add multiple conditional emails:
The following guide should help you add conditional emails and you need to repeat the same steps for additional conditions as well: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
Hope this helps.
