Is there a way to have a question/survey option to be expandable and collapsable (to condense lots of items)? I want to have a forum consiting of a bunch of matrix/tables but I want the options available to only show up when they click on the matrix heading, revealing the possible options for the selected item. Possible?

Hi,
Expandable, meaning, you want to add an additional answer field when needed into the live form? A dynamic field, perhaps. If yes, we don't have this option, but we have few resources that would accomplish this requirement.
First, we have this Dynamic Widgets:
-http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_fields
-http://widgets.jotform.com/search/dynamic
Second, we have this conditional logic function: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Conditional-Logic-on-Forms. You can add a set of fields into your form and show these fields base on a previous field selection, using "Show/Hide condition". Please check this guide for example: https://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry
------------
For the collapse, I think you can use our "Form Collapse" Tool. It's under the "Survey Tools" in our form builder:
You can add this to the top of each set of fields. When the form collapse is set to Closed and Visible, someone would need to click the tool to show the fields under it.
Example form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41246350780956
Please kindly check and let us know your comments and questions.
Thanks
