Add thank you page.

    Does this work with HIPPA Compliance? My thank you page settings stopped working right after I set up HIPPA.

    Hello,

    I have cloned your form and see the thank you page is not yet set. Please see my steps below on how to edit the thank you page.

    1. Go to your form's Form Builder page.
    2. Scroll to the bottom of your form and click the Edit Thank You Page link.
    3. Choose the standard thank you page or enter a URL for redirection to your custom thank you page.
