how to give to the email notification the same format of the form?

Example, I have a form with a checklist, but after viewing completion reports, it shows CHECKED or UNCHECKED. Can this be changed to show the actual checkmark. As well, can the pictures load up on the email notifications upon completion? 

Ideally, I would like after completing the form, to email me a copy of the form, in the same format it was completed in.
