Suspicious e-mail: US Postal Services

I have received this e-mail (pasted below) today, seemingly from your e-mail address (noreply@jotform.com), although the heading is US Postal Services.

I believe it is a scam.

Can you throw any light on it?

You may want to investigate how your e-mail address for, what I believe to be, fraudulent purposes.

Dear Customer,

USPS informs you that Your Shipment N° US9514901185421 is still waiting for instructions from you.

Fees to pay : 2.99 Dollar.
