How to make sure the Expiration Date set for my form will work flawlessly?

    Hi Jotform Support employee,

You say: Ideally you should set the expiration date of the form at least 30 minutes ahead. Also, if you would set the expiration date a year back then it won't trigger to expire since a form will only expire if you set the expiration to a future date.

This makes it pretty hard to do some testing...

Next week we will go live with about 30 forms or so, and it would give me a good feeling if I could be sure that the date limit is working nicely after doing some tests...

Now, the only thing I can do is wait and see...

    Hello newoceans,

I've just added a look-up that should now prevent users from saving a form if in case the expiration date set has already passed (older dates).

In addition, I found that the execution of form expiration is set on 37th of every hour.  So to make sure that your forms expire, set it on before this minute or some time up until the 37th minute of the next hour.

Please let us know if you have further inquiries or concerns.

    Thanks.
