Cloned form clones Google Drive integration

    Hello, my problem is the following:

    I have a form (let's call it form A), in which people can register for a certain project. The form was embedded in my website, I had a lot of submissions and I was able to see them as a excel page, in my google drive.

    I needed a second similar form, let's call it form B, for a different project. I cloned the form A, made some changes and save it. I embedded the form in my website, and I made a submission myself. As expected, the submission appeared as  a excel page in my drive, but also in the excel of the form A. Not only that, every submission in the form A also appears in the excel of the Form B, so I am getting submissions from the form A in both the excel for the form A and B, and submissions from the form B also in both excel. 

    In the jotform page this does not happen; every answer goes separately to each excel, but only on the jotform page.

    The other problem is that my submissions for the form A, the ones I had before I created the form B, are gone from my excel answer page in the Drive (but they are still in the jotform, otherwise I would have lost everything); I have now then 2 exact same excel answers with the same submissions and only with submission from the date I created the form B.

     

    How can I separate both submissions and also retrive my data from the form A?

    From what you explained it seems that when you cloned the form the Google spreadsheet integration remained the same (it happens like this if no further edit is done), so it created a conflict.

    I would suggest to remove the integration on form B and add a new google spreadsheet integration. 

    To retrieve the submissions, I would suggest you to go to your Jotform submissions page and download an excel report:

    Then in your Google Spreadsheet go to File (ficheiro) > Import > Replace spreadsheet:

    This will replace all the information in your spreadsheet with the submissions from your Jotform excel listing. 

    Nevertheless I will forward a suggestion to our developers so that the integration does not get cloned also with the form.

    We have stopped transferring Google Drive and Spreadsheets integrations while cloning a form.

    I want to clone a form but also keep the Google Drive and Spreadsheets integrations while cloning form,
