Coupon question - Are they case sensitive?

    Can you let me know if the coupons feature is case sensitive.

    For example I setup a coupon ABC123, can my client enter abc123? or do they need to enter ABC123?

    Yes the coupons are case sensitive so it is necessary to introduce them exactly as they were created.

    So if the coupon is ABC123 and you enter abc123 it will not recognize it.
