    How can I create a form that calculates the totals from selected radio buttons?

    I need a form that has mutlipe questions that a person can check if it applies. Each questioin has a different value. I need the form to add up all the checked questions and give a total value.

    You can assign values to each option by opening the properties section of the radio button field as shown:

    Enter a value for each option on a new line.

    Then, in the calculation wizard, you can sum up each of the fields so that it can calculate the total:

    The values that you added to each radio field option will be added up once selected.
