This is the form I am having problems with:
http://form.jotformeu.com/form/40827747211353
This form contains:
conditionals, widgets, integrations, advanced features:
--if X is selected, show Y fields
--Paypal payment integration
--Mailchimp mailing list integration
--Scrolling Terms and Conditions widget
--numerous validations and required fields
After rigorous testing, we still get errors (user can't submit or get to payment page) on our Mac 10.6.8 computer running Chrome.
I have successfully submitted the form or gotten to payment screen on:
Firefox/Safari/Opera/Chrome + Mac 10.9.2, iOS 10.7 and several other platforms.
If my form code is clean (I have checked to the best of my knowledge), do you know of a conditional code snippet that will help with graceful degredation?
Any help is welcome.
Best,
Serena
PS - RE: attached screenshot - The error we are getting appears at the bottom of the form, but does NOT highlight or indicate the field or source of problem.
PPS - We have tried clearing cache, re-embedding, removing/checking max lengths/required fields, removing captcha module etc. No luck. Again... this works great elsewhere.

Hi Serena,
I tested the form using its direct URL http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40827747211353 on the same Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and Chrome v33 browser
BUT I was not able to duplicated the issue similar to your screenshot yet
And I am able to test submit the form successfully
I did 2 test submissions and both succeed without hitch.

May I inquire if you are able to reproduce the error at will? Was this a consistent error that happens when you test?
I need to find out first how to reproduce the problem before I can submit to higher support a ticket.
Please inform us if this issue persist. Will greatly help us also on our testing if you can described to us any steps so that we can replicate the submit erro.
Please update us.
Thanks!

It is my partner's computer where we found the issue.
The problem has persisted through several revisions, and he hasn't been able to submit, while I can.
Do you think it's a firewall or settings issue? (i.e. cookies or security preferences)?

My form submission test with Mac OS Snow Leopard through www.browserstack.com went through just fine. We will need to investigate it further to find out the source of the problem. Can you please remove the Scroll Terms widget and do one more test to see if that helps?
