We have Assembly of truth and Tanda Ministries that how forms to be filled out online. We are not receiving all of them to the emails that we have listed. It is a major problem why?? Please help us with this.

Checking in one of your forms, I found that some email addresses are in bounce list.
Result: firstname.lastname@example.org , email@example.com were IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<0000013d647= firstname.lastname@example.org>) with the = subject of (New submission: Tanda Canion. Ministry Request Form (Out-of-Tow= n)) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revi= se your message before resending.'
email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org were not bounced.
Are these email addresses receiving the submissions?
Were emails working normally before? Did you make a recent edition to any of these forms?

At any rate, I have opened a ticket to find out why all of the forms are not getting email notifications
Yes.. We used to recieve all subbmissions via emal. Now we are not getting all of them. 404-580-5240
We have made some improvements and it seems like everthing is normal now. I have made a test submission and notification emails sent successfully.
Adding our IPs to your whitelist will also prevent future errors. Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
