Experiancing this issue with all of our forms.

We have 2 notifiactions per form, only 1 of them is working on all of them.

I checked settings - all had "From" blank. I filled it up, but still not getting these notifications.

    Notification called: "data to forms"

Not working since 6th of May.

Could you have a look please?

    Thank you

Our mail logs show that all emails have been sent to forms@klevas.co.uk , which is the email address configured for the Notification called: "data to forms"

    Thanks for your reply,

I've checked - and none of them came thru. Nor in spam folder.

Another email notification, that same form emails, goes to same domain (@klevas.co.uk), email is Google Apps service. These notifications are coming throught. Is it possible, that body of this email (data to forms) contains something that blacklists it?

I think we had same issue about a year ago, and it amazonSES related issue, that was resolved by switchin to your mail servers instead. Ticket: http://www.jotform.com/answers/205295-Not-receiving-half-of-notifications-#6

    Thank you

tried changing notifications FROM email address to noreply@formresponse.com - still no luck.

Also, I just changed second notification settings, which had FROM field blank to noreply@jotfrom.com - and I am no longer receiving these emails. So it means, that jotfrom.com is blocked by Google Apps? Did someone exploited your forms and it is black listed?

I also can no longer see option to set FROM to different email address, only Add Sender option.

When I try to set it up, and verify email address - am not receiving verification email, so once again - jotform is blocked. (tried multiple @klevas.co.uk email addreses, Google Apps) Tried with gmail.com - and got verification email.

Update: Just fixed it by manually setting up SMTP sending address, which does makes sense, as now it should be sent out via our SMTP servers and wont be black listed.

Can you confirm that SMTP will always bypass your AmazonSES ?

    Hello klevas,

I am glad to know that you were able to solve your issue of submission email yourself.

Yes that is correct. When you configure SMTP, it will use your own SMTP details to send submission emails.

Please be noted that you can also use "Mandrill" to send submission emails from your own email address. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
