Asked by omacworld on May 09, 2014 at 09:23 AM

Our form was modified and we need to revert to a previous version.  It won't save, i get this error:  Expiration Date Error: Expiration date should not be older than current date

I do not understand what this means.

I've opened a ticket to investigate this deeper.

When you say the form was modified, was this an inttentional modification? Or did it happen without you touching the form?

    Hi,

We had a temporarily issue about "Expiration Date" and fixed it. Could you reopen your form and try to save it?

    Thanks.

This was not an intentional modification.  I have checked with others that have access and we believe it happened with out us touching the form.

I tried to revert to an earlier version and save it, but that is when i get the error.  I do not know what this experation date is.

I cannot alter and save any ot the forms we are curretnly useing.  We have a price increase for our form tomorrow and our customers cannot sign up.  all help is appreciated.

You are right, this issue with "Expiration Date" was on our end. I deeply apologize for all the inconvenience.

It is necessary to reopen the afected forms in the editor and try to save it. If it is not possible please delete the expiration date:

    1. Preferences > 2. Form limits > 3. Expiration date:

Let us know if the problem persists.

    Thank you

    HI Carina,

My form says no limit on the expiration date.  Now, i cannot revert to the older form at all.  Teh wierd thing is that if you look at the revision history. there are many times today where 46 revisions have been made and we are not doing that.  Is their some auto update thing going on?

I need my form revised to the one on 5/7.

    Problem still not solved.

We will need to investigate it to be able to provide you with more information.

Should we try to restore your form to the May 7th, 2014 version?

Are you getting the same "Expiration Date Error" on some other form while restoring it to the previous version?

Yes please help me out and restore this.  I ahve fixed the expiration date thing however now can't restore either this form or this one http://www.jotform.com//?formID=41038036500946

I may be dealing with two different issues.  Could authorize.net have affected these forms?  they both currently say that we ahve to configure something in the products section. If you could restore both forms to 5/7/14 that would be a huge help.  Please let me know :)

I have tried to restore both 40876585145969 and 41038036500946 forms to their May 7th versions. Can you please confirm if the forms were properly restored or not? If there are any issues we will escalate this case to our developers.

The Authorize.Net integration seems to be fine on both forms at the moment.
