Approval Flows: Capturing the turn around time of approvals

Our workflow has multiple approval levels, how do we track the approval time between the various approval chains in our workflow?

We are trying to identify how long each approval is taking.

We need to be able to downloads this information into excel.

Thanks for reaching out! The approval date and time are recorded and can be checked through Inbox and Tables if you hover over the date/time mark of the approval.

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to show the approval timestamps on the table/reports. You will have to manually create a new column on tables and fill out the approval time manually.

I understand this would be a great feature to have. I will be submitting a feature request to have this functionality available in the future. While we cannot provide an ETA on when this will be available, rest assured, that we'll do our best to implement them as soon as we can.
