    We apologize for the delayed response.

    Your friend's form http://www.jotform.com/form/40343894223655 was aligned that way only because of a glitch in the multi-language tool.
    If you check my test form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41300578482958 , the glitch also align the Prices that way.
    BUT that is not the proper solution.
    Instead we should use injected CSS codes to interchange the position of Price and Item/description in the Purchase Order tool.
    Let me get back to you once I have completed the CSS code need to do it on yor form http://www.jotform.com/form/41266760587665
