This integration almost works. There seems to be some communication between the form and the google calendar that is lacking. If an event is deleted from the calendar or from the form inbox, it doesn't affect the other so you have to manually delete in both places. Also, if you edit an appointment submission from the form inbox the updated submission appointment time creates a new event on the google calendar but does not delete the replaced edited event.

Thank you for the quick response. I was able to understand the issue you described.
If an event is deleted from the calendar or from the form inbox, it doesn't affect the other so you have to manually delete in both places.
Currently this is how the google calendar integration behaves. Deleting the created event either in google calendar or in the form inbox will indeed have no effect on each other --- the event will not be deleted synchronously between them.
Also, if you edit an appointment submission from the form inbox the updated submission appointment time creates a new event on the google calendar but does not delete the replaced edited event.
Because the action you do in the form inbox or form submission table does not affect the google calendar, it will not be able to do delete/replace created event in the google calendar.
The action 'creates new event' in google calendar is the action of the form integration and not of the form inbox. This was the reason a new event can be created when you edit submissions.
We can submit a feature request for this options to our development team. Can you please confirm first that you're looking for the following option in the google calendar integration.
- Deleted form submission should also delete the event created in the google calendar
- Editing the form submission should update and replace the google calendar event created by the original form submission.
We will submit the appropriate feature request ticket after your affirmation.

Yes, this looks good. For feature 2, I was basically testing what would happen if a respondent needed to change their meeting time whether I edited it from the inbox for them or if they changed it via the edit link in the confirmation they receive. Thank you.
