Thank you for using JotForm.
Whether an account is free or not, we do not scrimp on the quality of product and service we offer to them. All of our members enjoy the same reliable JotForm web based application. The only difference is the limitation on the number of submissions.
I've tried replicating your issue on our end and it seems to be working just fine. In order for us to look deeper into this, could you provide us additional information such as your browser and version, embedding method you've utilized, and the specific problem encountered when trying to view your form.
Your response is highly appreciated, thank you for patience.

thanks albert. jot form support
I am a newbie jot-form user less than 30 day user. I would like to fix the issue jot form looks like a great software program.
My browser is internet expl -9, using rv site builder, in preveiw mode.I' am in between hosting, I' am testing my new web site hosting .I' am using the embeded method comes up automaticly with the code <script -src=http"//form.jot form.com/jsform/11932845263. I do not check the secured box now this month. It only seem to work in the ss formate it comes up secured anyway. So when testing it eats up all my secured submissions because I email to my self. I used 2 this month aug testing, all of them have been to test the forms.
Also when it the form code shows up comes up ccs or js it, when i go to preveiw to view it form it far over in the web page too.
I appreciate your input to help fix the issue thanks in advance. jes

Thank you for providing the details. I've tried replicating this issue on our end and your form seems to work just fine. I've done test emails and they went directly to your normal submissions counter and not to your SSL submissions. Basing from the code you've given, it should be <script src="http://........."></script>. I suggest you replace the whole <script> tag in your website with the code below.
I've altered form.jotform.com/jsform/11932845263 to www.jotform.com/jsform/11932845263 for faster update of any changes made to your form.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you with anything.
