    Please observe the following page:

The form is posted in an IFrame, page created with Frontpage.  I tried embedding the From with Frontpage using the web component feature as listed in the embed instructions, but it cut off my form after the address field.

The following is the list of issues I'm experiencing:

--Formatting displays fine with Chrome & Firefox, but does not display properly with Internet Explorer.  This didn't seem to always be the case.  I don't know what changed. Unless I miss my mark, it seemed to be displaying fine in the Internet Explorer preview in Frontpage right up until I adjust the settings for the mail notification in the Jotform edit page.

--Multiple file submission button is active in Chrome, but only single file submission is active in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

--When multiple files are selected for upload, the submit button is eventually pushed down until it disappears from view.

Suggestions and solutions would be greatly appreciated!

So, how about the formatting and display problem in IE?

I thought it might be helpful if I provided an example of what I'm referring to in terms of the formatting.

Here's an example of a form I made and embedded with jotform quite some time ago:

Here's an example of that same, unchanged form being embedded into a page tonight:

Notice that this is the same form, unchanged, embedded into their respective pages using the exact same method.  Yet, while the first link displays properly in Internet Explorer, the second does not.  This is what I'm trying to get some answers on.  Cross-browser display was never an issue before, but something has suddenly turned it into an issue.

I'm using IE8.  The reason for this is that I'm using Frontpage do maintain these sites, and while the preview function in Frontpage works with IE8, it does not with IE9.

Anyway, here's as I'm seeing it in IE8:

As long as I'm displaying screenshots, let me show you what the Multiple File Upload button looks like on in Chrome:

    Multiple Upload Chrome

In Firefox (only one upload allowed, despite multiple uploads being enabled):

    Multiple Upload Firefox

and in IE8 (also only allows one file at a time.  Note that the formatting issues are present on this form, too):

    Hi ganaz,

If using another embed code is an option, could you please try to change the existing embed code and use either the Iframe or the Full Source embed code? Another thing, please use the URL format<11-digit Form ID> instead of<11-digit form ID> in the embed code.

Lastly, please try to clear your browser cache and restart your browser.

Please try it and let us know how it goes.

Clearing the cache seems to have resolved the display issues.  Not sure what happened, but it's all displaying and functioning properly now across all three browsers.

As far as the address used within the embed code goes, I'm just copying and pasting the embed code that jotform generates exactly as it appears.  Perhaps, if the other address is something that should be used, it should be what jotform generates when embed codes are requested.  Just a suggestion.

Will changing the address from<11-digit form ID> to<11-digit Form ID>  really affect things one way or another to the point that I should go back and manually change them in all the forms I've got out there?

I do appreciate your help on the two aforementioned issues!  Now, if you can, I'd appreciate some help on the third one.

At, which is embedded via iframe, when more than two files are selected for uploading, the submit button at the bottom of the form is pushed down out of view, and cannot be clicked.

Is there some way to either enable the form to expand with the addition of the file listings when they're put up on the screen (preferably), or enable a scrollbar to be present on the iframe so that the submit button can be reached?

    Hello ganaz,

Have you tried using script embedding instead of an iframe?  I'm not sure if it will work but I believe it's worth a try.

    Warm regards,

I did try embedding (via the Frontpage method, which I've used for every other form).  The problem I had with that was that, for some reason, when I embedded, the form was cut off after the "address" section.

    Hi ganaz,

    You can do two things:

    1. Increase the height of the Iframe in your Iframe embed code (yellow highlight below)

    2. Activate scrolling if form length is longer than the Iframe height (green highlight below)

    For example:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1000px; border:none;" scrolling="auto">

Don't forget to change the 11-digit Form ID to that of your form. We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Activating scrolling did the trick.  All set now.  Thanks for your patience and assistance!  God bless!
