Approval Status Report

    Hello JotForm Support Team,


    I have created a form and a workflow for approval which kicks off after the form is submitted. As there are several level of approvers in the workflow I need to be able to create a report to show the "Approval Step" of all submitted forms which shows where in the workflow approval process the form is stuck.


    I can see in the "Submissions" tab from the "My Forms" page I can get a high level view of which status the form is in (Pending, Approved, Cancelled, Denied, Error & Not Started) but i cant find a column to add to the report to show "Approval Step Waiting for XXX" without clicking on each ticket. It would be helpful to be able to understand quickly (or to sort by) where a workflow may be stuck in the approval process.


    Can you let me know if there is any way I can create this type of report?

    Hello Palos_John,

    Unfortunately, approval statuses of submissions can't be shown in Jotform Reports yet. The easiest way to view the approval status is Jotform Inbox or filtering option in Jotform Tables.

    Jotform Inbox lists all approvals and shows each step in detail.

    Jotform Tables allow to filter by approval status and view them in detail like Jotform Inbox.
