Our form says OVER QUOTA but is not. Urgent!

    When people are completing our form, they are getting an over quota error message. We are not over quota. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks we have been through this! 

    This makes us look incompetent to our customers. Our event is Sunday. I would bet we've lost 100 people from this repeated error. PLEASE make fixing this once and for all a priority!!

    Sir, there is no need to open multiple threads, we have reset the counte to zero. And we have also forwarded the case to our second level
