Calculate results of the quiz form

Thank you for the detailed explanation of the issue. Upon reviewing your form, the plus sign only appears to be all over the place because of the zoom level of the webpage. You quiz form is almost complete, the only thing missing is a plus sign in between fields 9 and 10 on the Form Calculation widget.

After the plus sign is added, your quiz should be able to perform the correct calculation. I cloned your form and shown the result field just for the sake of demonstration.

This is still not working correctly. I went in and took the test and made sure I got all of the answer correct, and instead of getting a score of 100, I got a score of 10. Please see attached image. Also, I do not have the option of controlling the zoom on my screen as you illustrated. If you look closely at the video that I sent, that option does not appear. When I try to put the plus sign between the 9 and 10 It goes somewhere else.

Please note that zooming in/out is not necessary at all for the form to function correctly, it is only for you to be able to view the correct position of the field and the plus sign on the form calculation widget. And it's your browser you may zoom in/out, this option is not available within the form builder.

The key here is to have a plus sign in between every added field, and to make sure you using number (0-9) and not string(A-Z). I got to review your form and this is what I notice, please amend the following;

• There's a plus sign before the first field
• There's a plus sign after the last field
• There's still no plus sign in between fields 9 and 10
• Field 9 is a String(A-Z) instead of a Number(0-9)
