    How can I log in?

    Hello.

    I sent an email yesterday about this.

    I used free version before and I paid for upgrading.

    But I can't log in by 'busanchoral' and find my form.

    The form I used is deleted on my website now.

    Please tell me how to recover.

    Hello Mi-eun,

    Your form is not deleted from your website. It is not appearing since your account is over quota and your forms are disabled.

    I did check your payment details for order #INT140512-9250-72499. It seems you have not mentioned your account username while making the subscription payment and that is the reason why your account was not upgraded automatically.

    I have taken care of this issue and upgraded your account to premium yearly subscription. Your account is now active and you should be able to sign in to your account. Your form embedded in your website is also visible now.

    Thank you for your answer.
    I checked website and email in 2 hour ago.
    I got 3 application form 11 hours before.
    But www.busanchoral.org website has no form and pages.
    I think there are problem at weebly system.
    Could you check the form is available again?

    Hello.
    I'am new manager of Busanchoral.
    Mi-eun asked to delete the account but she is fired now.
    So I want to recover our account that is paid for upgrade version by
    changing the owner.
    Can you make it?
    Or Pay back our payment and I'll sign in again.

    We can help you with this problem. I've gone ahead and reversed the most recent transaction that was made by Mi-eun as it was in her name including the credit card which she had used to avoid potential problems. I have also downgraded your account back to free. So to fix this now, All you need to do is re-upgrade your account using your new payment information and you will be won and done. :0)
