Stripe ACH: Account Name is showing as "Test"

    I'm doing a Stripe ACH with Plaid. Everything works well except: The account name after connection says "Test", and when I go to Stripe Payments under Customer it says "None".
    How do I get the Account name to show up on the Jotform after the connection and before the Submit, and also have the name show up in Stripe Payments???

    Hello Neal,

    I would request you to try to remove the current payment field and reintegrate the Stripe ACH payment into the form. While doing so, please do follow the steps outlined in this guide: how-to-integrate-stripe-ach-to-your-form

    Kindly thoroughly check the keys and let us know if you are receiving the same error even after reintegrating the payment field into the form.

    Hello,
    I deleted the payment fields and reinserted the StripeACH widget.
    Again everything works fine in delivering the payment. But the account
    name shows up as “Test” after Selecting the Bank and inputting bank access
    info and the Account Name doesn’t show up on the receipt. I have name as a
    separate field and can get the name that way, but am annoyed at “Test”
    showing up as Account Name for the client using the form.

    Is your StripeACH integration in a production environment?

    The account name "Test" should not be displayed when in a production environment.

    Please confirm if your integration is in the production environment and share with us the form URL where this issue is occurring.

    Hello,

    I've checked your form and I can confirm that your Stripe ACH is in Production mode.

    I cannot test this with the Sandbox account that we have. Kindly send us a screenshot test submissions where it shows that the Account name is Test so that we can have this escalated to our developers.

    I just had the same problem. The solution is here (that user's main problem was different and had a different solution):

    What you need to do is change "Account Select" for your Plaid Link service to the setting "Enabled for one account". You can do that here:
