how do I make horizontal forms

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to create form with fields next to each other? 

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Load your form in editor.

2. Increase the width of your form as per your requirement. Please check the screenshot below:

3. Take advantage of the field's "Shrink" feature to reduce the form field width.
