Hide empty fields in email

i have quite a long form and want to only view fields which have had a response when the auto responses are sent.

If I understood you right you wish the auto-responder to send only the filled in fields. If this is the case you need to enable the "Hide empty fields in emails". To do so please go to Setup and Embed> Preferences>Advanced Settings>Hide Empty fields on Emails > Enable:
