I have a Zapier integration with MySQL
When Zapier inserts the data in the table.
URL that is being inserted is not the same
which is provided by JotForm

Looks like Zapier is removing the whitespace placeholders (%20 O%20) for the upload URL.
The name of the file is actually Staden- O perfume.mp3
The spaces in the filename are translated as %20 when the file is uploaded to Jotform - and it looks like the integration may have a problem with this - possibly because %20 may be a system designated characer - either for Zapier or MySQL.
My test with a similar Zapier integration did not show this behavior - but our settings might vary.
Please check zapier's task history here: https://zapier.com/app/history
Select the integration and find the transaction - expand the details so that you are able to see the URL that was sent - Is it the correct one?
If the link is correct - then MySQL is changing the link URL by removing the whitespace placeholders (%20)
If the link is wrong - then we will forward this to our developers for futher advice.

In analyzing the situation, when I access JotForm is I download the
Submissions, the informed File (Excel) URL is encrypted using the UTF-8
format for URL.
and when the Zapier make MySQL Integration with the same url
is not encrypted
