Accept terms and conditions

Hi. I am using E-Junkie to charge for my services on my site. I need an "Accept terms and Conditions" to appear when before they make the purchase and to redirect the buyers back to shopping cart after they have accepted. Is there  way to do that with JotForm? Any information will be apreciated! Thanks for your time.

I'm not sure how you want the form to be utilized on your page but you can create a terms and conditions using a regular check box or you can use any of these widgets.

Regarding on the redirection of the form, you can use thank you page redirection but the form has to be submitted first. Guide: How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission
