What kind of the Unique Naming are you referring to? I am having hard time understanding the issue here.

I have a lot of submissions by the same respondent.
The duplicate submission deletion assumes that a person will only be submitting once ... because the only field you can use to find a duplication is "name" or "Ip address".
You cannot use any other fields from what I can see.
I have duplicate submissions ... but they are normally becuase someone has hit the submit button twice.
You have to look at the other fields for this ... but you can't.
I have immense use for this tool in theory ... but it doesn't do what I want.
To me ... it's useless ... but hey ... what do I know eh?
Everyone else is using it ... or so I thought until I found the UI completely unusable because the JS or something has broke.
Is anyone really using this?

I see what you mean about app Duplicate Submission Terminator
Looks like this App only controls the duplicate ones based on Submission ID's or IP's.
Is not working on Unique Names. I have opened a ticket, not sure if there will be a way to control Unique Names.

Respectfully ... I've looked closely at this ... and you should remove it in its current state ... it does you a disservice.
Its purpose ... to remove duplicate submissions
The result ... it doesn't do anything of the sort ... in fact it does the opposite ... and removes unique submissions
The reality ... it has no logic to differentiate one submission from another.
It's about as much use as a truck load of dead rats in a tampon factory.
Sorry to tell you ... but I can't stop laughing at this little number... its ridiculous.
On the otherhand you're form builder is great ... does a lot of great stuff ... not that though

Our colleague Jeanette had also raised a ticket about the issue on the Duplicate Submission Termintator App. Your latest message had also reached our developer assigned with the ticket.
We can only wait for now for status update when the developer updates this thread.

Unfortunately, there is no ETA for now. The ticket is on our system, but we will need to wait for our Dev Team to take a look into this.
As soon as we have any updates, we will let you know.
