    I used the default HTML settings for the notification email. The test email appears correctly (like a table which is what I prefer) but when I try to submit a request via the Jot Form, I get this (just a snippet of the full email) see below:

    Form URL:

    Browser: Chrome

    Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8"

    Message-Id: <>

    Date: Wed, 14 May 2014 17:03:00 -0400 (EDT)

    <html><body bgcolor="#f7f9fc" class="Created on Submission">

                <table bgcolor="#f7f9fc" width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

                  <td height="30">&nbsp;</td>

                  <td align="center"><table width="600" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#eeeeee" >

                      <td width="13" height="30" background=""></td>

                      <td align="left" background="" valign="bottom">

                          <img style="float:left"

    Otherwise, if the problem continues, you might need to send a message to
