I have created a form but it does not send to my email when I test the Notifier. As a submitter, I received the Autoresponder. But the notifocation did not send thru.

The test button will only send to the email account for your Jotform account.
To test the multiple email recipients, fill the form and submit it, then you will get the notifications.
OUr server reports that you must have recieved the emails when I did a quick test - none of the reciepient email addresses bounced the email back:/var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[15/May/2014:07:36:19 -0400] 41338983632461 AmazonSES Sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com - MessageID:00000145ffab2e52-3997cfa5-2724-483b-90fa-180ddcda935a-000000 - RequestId:22397c2b-dc25-11e3-a528-f921446080f3
Please confirm that you recieved the email on all four email accounts in the server log above.
