I keep getting this error message...

    when testing the form on my localhost.  The following message appears after I click "SUBMIT".  It should take me to a custom "Thank You" page.

    Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.
    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

    Hi 3matt3s,

    This message means that either loose check or strict check is enabled in the unique submissions setting of your form. This fetaure is useful especially for survey forms or contest forms that should only accept one entry per user (in this case per computer). The loose check uses cookies, while the strict check uses IP addresses. 

    To remove this setting, please go to your toolbar's Preferences button then click Advanced Settings tab to allow multiple submissions from a particular IP address.

    Don't forget to save your form after the changes are finalized.
