    It works fine when a persons card is successfull, but when its declined the screen just goes blank leaving the person confused,  should the form give them a message?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. To help in the investigation process, were you able to observe if the blank page is a JotForm page or a Paypal page? When you said declined, do you mean the credit card is invalid or there was no credit card entered in the first place? 

    Kindly advise so that we can assist you further.

    It is a jotform blank page, but i have tested it and there is a message there, i guess that the person doesnt scroll up the page to see the message
